It was during her studies in Law at the University of Montreal, that Mrs. C. discovered her true passion for management and marketing.

She first put her managerial skills at the service of retail businesses in Ontario and Quebec; but it’s while participating in the launch of a new player in the field of telecommunications: PCS Clearnet, which is known today as Telus, that she discovered an aptitude for field operations on a larger scale.

In 1997, marked by the success of Clearnet, Mrs. C. created her own management company in the field of customer service evaluation and verification of trade policy using two types of measure:  Mystery shopping and customer interviews.

Her clients describe her as a professional  business person and particularly appreciate her down to earth  ''human' 'approach, her simplicity and her sense of humour.

Her expertise in operations management and communication led her to advise large national companies such as Canadian Tire and Betonel.

For over 20 years, the search for the customer loyalty «IT» factor became a serious vocation.

Surveys, surveys, surveys... still, we must know how to decode them as they will be effective only if the interviewed are questioned in the right place at the right time with the right questions.The secret is in the source!

Mrs. G. has over fifteen years of experience in the field of customer service. She began her career in Telecommunications companies such As Fido and Telus Mobility, where she performed several functions related to both customers and administration.

She specializes particularly in consumer psychology and customer loyalty. Eager to take on new challenges, Mrs. G. joined Vérifications Roberte in 2006 first as a coordinating officer, later recognized for her leadership; she quickly reached the position of Senior Project Manager.

Mrs. G. now heads a team of two project officers, two correction departments, over a hundred agents in the field monthly, in eight of our Canadian Provinces, and this with a remarkable ease.

What motivates Mrs. G.?  Agents who confide in her: « It's nice to talk to a person rather than a machine! »  Customers who exclaim: «Wow! You’re always working?! »

Like pieces of a chess game, each individual has their strength.  The goal is to discover them and learn how to work with them.
